Certificate attestation for UAE visa in chennai

How to get Certificate Attestation for UAE visa:

Hello Readers,

Note: Please note this process is only for attestaion in chennai.

If you are in a idea to travel to UAE to apply for work permit visa, your certificates needs to be attested before processing for UAE visa.Your certificates has to be attested from two departments a.HRD Department and b.MEA department before sending to Saudi Embassy. The overall process takes 20 - 30 days in chennai.

Requirements: you have to carry Origiinal degree Certificate, provisonal certificate and offer letter from the company(UAE) you prefer to work with (take some photocopies of those),and head towards secretriat, chennai.

Below is the address

Secretariat(chennai), Fort St. George, Chennai 600 009

Step 1: HRD Stamping from Secretariat

Head to the secretariat and there will be a queue to enter in.You have to enter your details and purpose to enter in.after doing that straight away head to Public Foreigners Department(PFD) in Secretariat.(Near Sapida vanga hotel). Before entering inside you need a gate pass. You can get it from a counter near by the PFD or the security over there can help you getting a gate pass. Then get inside PFD and there will be a form you have to fill up.(Form Name:Authentication of Document).A person will be issuing this form.Fill up the form and get it pasted with 1 rupee stamp. You can get this stamp from a xerox shop which is inside the secretariat(near Indian Bank) which is quite opposite to PFD.Also take a photocopy of this form and head to PFD again.Attach your Original Degree Certificate and Photocopy of Offer letter (company) along with the form.Enter inside and there will be again a queue standing for this purpose.Officer will collected your form and verify and they will write a acknowledgement number on your form and collect it.They will write the same number on the photocopy of the form.

Now submission is done. Now you have to head to your respective University from where you pursued your degree.A DD of 500/- should be drawn in favour of the university. For my case it was Anna University and I took DD in favour of Controller of Examinations,Anna university,Chennai-25.On back side of DD write your Name,Register Number and Acknowledgment number(from Secretariat).Attach DD,photocopy of provisional certificate and submit to Contoller of examinations Department.

The process is as follows.Secretariat will send your Degree Certificate to respective universities for verification. The corresponding university will verify your certificate and reply back telling that your certificates are genuine.

So check with your university and secretrait constantly to check whether they have received it or not.

Once your certificate reaches the secretariat back, you can collect it back with HRD stamping on it.This is the lengthier process and it takes 20-30 days.

Once this is done, the rest of the process is simpler.

Step 2: MEA Stamping

Address: Minisry of External Affairs, 7th Floor,DPI building , Nungumbakkam.

Carry your HRD stamped Degree Certificate and other related certificates along with you. Also carry some ID proofs of yours (passport,Driving License,PAN card).Do carry photocopy of those.Certificates will be accepted before 11 AM.There will be a form to fill up.Attach the filled in form along with Degree certificate and submit to the officer. They will issue with MEA stamping by evening 4-5 PM.Head in by that time and collect the same.

So Now you can apply for Saudi Embassy with the attested cerificates.

Good Luck !!!

Joe.

Honda CB 1000R

Coz I am fond of all these bikes and cars, today will give you a brief info of new bikes being launched.

You can call it the-Dawn ,of course HONDA CB1000R.Let me give you its specifications.

The CB1000R was developed for Europe and launched in 2007. It’s done Honda proud, bagging the runner-up spot (the CBR1000RR grabbed gold) at the 2009 International Bike Of The Year awards.

The CB1000R comes with naked and distinctly European styling, with sharp lines dominating the muscular motorcycle. The new CB is compact, and falls in line with the latest breed of international models that concentrate their mass, low and centrally. Butch and eye catching from every angle, this aggressive streetfighter sports very few decals, including a pair of wings prominently displayed on its tank. The CB1000R comes with a unique front mudguard, and broad conical front headlight with a circular, tinted blue city light set in its chin.

This bike will keep thieves at bay thanks to HISS (Honda Ignition Security System), an electronic security feature that doesn’t allow the engine to fire up without its original pair of keys. The bike’s low-set, broad and easy-to-read digital instrument cluster uses a bar-type engine rpm counter with redline beginning at 10,500rpm. The speedometer is set on the left, while the engine temperature, a clock, fuel level, as well as trip and odometer gauges are on display apart from the usual array of warning lights.

This bike is powered by a retuned 998cc CBR1000RR engine tweaked for a more enjoyable city riding experience, rather than out-and-out performance as sought by most RR owners. Basic specifications are common with the CB1000R using an in-line four, four-stroke and liquid-cooled power plant. Its lightweight cylinder head is prepared from magnesium, and houses 16 valves. An Intake Air Control Valve, or IACV, works to keep any torque reaction from causing jerky low-rpm conduct, and ensures the CB1000R stays smooth and enjoyable to ride at low speed. An in-built oxygen sensor and 300-cell catalytic converter combines with a sophisticated, electronic fuel-injection system to cut emissions.

All you need to do is,just grab this baby for Rs 9,50,000(ex-showroom, Delhi).
